Q: How do I know which teachings will be included in each short series topic?

Q: If I were to miss a webinar that I've reserved, may I apply that ticket payment to another?
A: Due to the nature of the event, tickets are not transferable nor can they be refunded after purchase of sale.
Q: How does the ticket order process work?
A: Upon ticket purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
A few days before the webinar, you will receive a reminder email with your enrollment ID, password and details on how to login on the day of the event. You will be asked to test your computer as part of the pre-registration process.
Q: How is the webinar different from Cesar’s seminars or watching him on Dog Whisperer?
A: By submitting you dog’s profile and participating in LIVE polls, you have an active role in the webinar experience. You interact with Cesar directly and have the opportunity to ask specific questions during the course of the webinar. Webinars allow you to remain in the comfort of your own home. You will save travel expenses and don’t need to hire a dog sitter to go out of town. Webinars are tailored to the needs of the participants with the questions you ask.
You can catch Cesar LIVE from his Dog Psychology Center and watch how he immediately applies the techniques you learn about. In addition to the live broadcast and simultaneous slide show, you can also participate in polls and ask questions. Attendees also receive exclusive webinar specials. Cesar’s short series webinars offers never-before-seen hands-on demonstrations that go beyond the Dog Whisperer.
Q: What are the technical requirements for the webinars?
Q: Am I able to watch the webinars if I have a dial-up connection?
A: Yes, you can. However, you will be viewing as a lower resolution event in order for the multimedia elements to stream.
Q: Will Cesar definitely address my question(s)?
A: After each topic, Cesar will respond to as many questions as possible. To help you get your questions answered, please review our Q&A tips.
Although Cesar cannot guarantee a reply to each question posted, he does his best. When you enroll in the webinar, you can tell us in advance which specific dog behavioral issues you are interested in. This will help Cesar determine which questions will benefit most people at the webinar.
In addition, attendees can also participate in online polls and help shape the course of the webinar.
Q: When I sign up for more than 1 short series webinar on the same day, can I use the same login for each topic?
A: You will be sent a different enrollment ID and password for each topic of the series. This will ensure that only YOU will be able to access Cesar's webinars.
Q: Can I purchase webinar tickets for someone else?
A: Yes! You can surprise a friend with a gift voucher for 1, 2 or all 3 short series webinars. This option is available at checkout on the order confirmation page.
Q: I am not in the Pacific Standard Time zone. How do I know when the webinar will be broadcast in my time zone?
Q: Can I watch the webinar again after the original broadcast?
A: Due to the nature of the event, LIVE webinars can only be watched at the announced date and time. As of now, downloads and DVDs of the webinars are not available.
